Wonderful air-conditioned 2-storey villa with its own south-west facing pool and spa with a prime location, undisturbed and quiet, overlooking orange trees and palm trees on the golf course in the prestigious and very popular Highlands Reserve Golf Club.
The 1825 SqFt/165 sqm. villa provides everything you need to have a carefree holiday in an area packed with world class entertainment. Within approx. 20 minute drive you can reach attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld.
The ground floor of the house provides a family room with vaulted ceiling, dining room, kitchen with dining area, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an extra half bathroom with wc and hand basin. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have a walk-in closet and TV.
When you are not out enjoying Orlando's wonderful attractions or one of the fabulous golf courses, you can enjoy life in the sun by the large pool, which is surrounded by a mosquito net. The south west facing pool area enjoys the sun from approx. 10AM to sunset. The spa can be turned into a jacuzzi via a timer on the wall, filling it with bubbles and water heated to 37C / 98F. You can also enjoy life under the covered lanai or indoors where there is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room. In all four bedrooms are also flat screen TVs. There is also complimentary high speed internet access (Wifi) and the big TV package, dvd and WII, and telephone with free calls within USA and Canada.
To make it easy for you to pack your travel bags, the house is equipped with all the necessary bedding, towels (for pool and for inside), hairdryers and more. If you need to wash, there is both a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the garage are three golf sets (2 male and 1 female) to be used at your leisure.
There is also a folding baby bed and a child's chair available.
If you want to BBQ, our management company can get you in contact with a rental company, who can provide you with a clean and gas filled BBQ for approx 55$ a week.
There are endless opportunities to dine out, but if you feel like preparing your own food there is nothing to stop you, because the kitchen is equipped with large American fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher and ample service and kitchen utensils for 8 persons.
Our management company offers to buy a welcome pack containing: Coffee (instant), tee, milk, bread, butter, eggs, ham, marmelade/jam, soda, water and orange juice. The price is approx. 40$, paid directly to the management company.
In the house you will find a welcome book with many practical details about the house, telephone numbers, restaurants etc. If you need any help or guidance, our management company can be contacted via the phone number provided in the welcome book. If you want extra cleaning during your stay it can be ordered from the management company, the price is between 60 and 90 U.S. dollars, depending on how much is required.

Highlands Reserve is one of the most desirable developments in this region and is situated approximately ten miles west of Walt Disney World Resorts. The main International Airport in Orlando is about a 45 minute drive and there is easy access to I-4 connecting to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. The area is beautifully laid out with planting and footpaths for walkers, joggers and strollers.Besides the acclaimed Golf Course, this is one of the very few developments within walking distance of a shopping mall with a Publix Supermarket, bars, British pub, and Pizza, Chinese, Italian, Indian and Japanese food takeaway outlets. Pay a visit to Applebees Restaurant and Bar, always busy , great value, and open' till late. Also on location there's a gas station, bank, UPS, hairdressers, nail spa, pool supplies, etc.. There is a large Super Walmart just a mile's drive away and a large CVS Pharmacy across the road.In fact this location has everything needed for the perfect vacation.
